BBQ Nectarines or Peaches with Vin Santo

I made these for the first time two years ago and then again last year.   White nectarines but equally good with ripe peaches charred and warmed through on the barbecue using the last of its heat then sprinkled with your favourite liqueur or dessert wine.  Very good served with a scoop of ice-cream.

Sprinkle of thin layer of icing sugar before putting them on the barbecue to caramelise.

Be generous with your favourite dessert wine.

All it needs now is a scoop of ice-cream.
