Sourdough video for beginners coming soon
Over this weekend we’re shooting a video of how to make a sourdough loaf, aimed at those who have never baked a sourdough but fancy having a go. We’ve had a practice run a couple of weeks back and are now ready – or I think I am. Standing in front of the camera is probably the worst thing I have ever had to do workwise. It has taken some time for me to see myself through the lens without wincing, trying not to pick up the faults too much. What excites me about this project is the teaching part, that I love, and passing on the knowledge, it has been the spirit of this site. If all goes to plan the video will be ready by the end of the month.
