The process of clearing the garage has began, skip has been filling up and the builders have been to measure out and start the process this coming week of turning it into a utility room.  The idea is for me to have more space for my baking and expand my micro-bakery as my kitchen is the size of shoebox.  I’m taking myself off today to work for a few days with a wonderful baker called Roland Feuillas in South of France at the recommendation of the most endearing enthusiastic on the subject of bread Jean-Philippe de Tonnac.

It will be an interesting week with lots of sign language as I don’t speak French and Roland doesn’t speak English but baker’s don’t need words to bake.  If I get the chance I will post on facebook and twitter photos as I go, follow if you’re interested.  Au revoir.

PS. Just keep an eye out on the kids & Bikerboy?  I’m sure they’ll be fine but you know…I’m a mum and you never stop worrying.
